Ordering Products and Delivery Service
If you would like to become apart of our customer base, please give us a quick call so that we can ensure we are talking to and doing business with "real people" and not scammers. And to ensure you are in our delivering areas.
Please make contact via phone call between 12pm to 5pm weekdays. Calls and messages may not be answered outside of these hours. Please leave a detailed message, and we will return your call. (Farm commitments and duties require attention.)
You can call, text message, Facebook inbox or email to make your order. (After our initial introductions.)
All messages and placed orders will be looked through daily and stock confirmed, an itemised invoice will be sent back to you for payment arrangements. Please acknowledge invoice received and happy with your order. Local orders and deliveries occur most week days.
Most local orders made on a particular day, can be delivered the following day. Delivery times can be flexible to ensure someone is present to receive/pay for the orders.
Payments can be made by COD or Eftpos on Delivery or by Bank Deposit prior to Delivery.
For those who are outside of our region, arrangements can be made to meet you on the way through Port Augusta. Please ensure that you are able to keep frozen products on ice for the journey home.
No responsibility is taken by OuttaRange Farmgate if you let your frozen products thaw before intended use.
No responsility is taken by OuttaRange Farmgate for Live Food perishing after deliveries. We strive to grow and provide the best for our customers. Responsibility and care of mealworms, woodies, etc is taken on by the buyer.
Products will NOT be left outside or unattended at ANY delivery address.
Out of town orders will NOT be packaged and loaded for delivery unless payment for goods is processed and cleared, or arrangements are made for COD or Eftpos On Delivery.
At present, Fortnightly road trips are scheduled for Whyalla and Port Pirie. Whyalla and Port Pirie orders incur a $5.00 delivery fee.
As our customers grow, so do we and delivery days can change based on our customer base.

Because most of our products are frozen items, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to make sure that the products are placed directly into the freezer. All care is taken by us to ensure our produts remain frozen in transit.
Please keep in mind that OuttaRange Farmgate is a small scale business and we are not a franchise or large pet product chain store. We are growing the products that we are selling.
Our frozen stock items depend on our animals, and the seasons. Keeping supply up and our customers happy is important to us. Advance orders are welcomed and will reduce the risk of not having what you would like.
Please plan ahead and save the disappointment on special requested orders. I will not breed a rabbit in our horrible summer heat just for a sale...appoligies and will let you know when stock will be ready. The care of our animals is paramount.
